I’m not going to lie- Silas has my heart. This doughy goodness was a month early and this newborn laughed at me during his session! LAUGHED! I was shocked, but then again, I’m pretty funny so I guess I can’t blame him. This family had so much love between them it was so incredibly easy to capture in every frame.

Benson At Home | Charleston Newborn Lifestyle Photographer

I have enjoyed my time with Benson and his amazing parents. That is the nicest family! I met them for the first time at the beach for their stunning maternity session and then I was welcomed to the hospital to meet him for his Fresh 48 session. I feel truly blessed to be asked to photograph their family in their new home. I have enjoyed documenting their journey and I honestly feel lucky to witness it all. Pezley Extended Family | Isle of Palms, Charleston & Kiawah Beach Photographer

I feel lucky to hang out with some of the nicest people! The Pezley extended family were some of my favorites. I seriously could have gone back to the beach house with them and just hung out. They were hilarious, loving, interesting and unbelievably kind. It also helped that they had two of the most adorable babies. Y’all know how I love babies at the beach! I hope our paths cross again Pezley’s!

Sweet Silas | Charleston Fresh 48 Hospital Photographer

Honestly, I was a bit alarmed when I got the call that Silas would be making his appearance a full month early! It was unexpected for all of us. However, we were all overjoyed when he came into the world small, tall and totally healthy! What a blessing! This baby, a month early, was one of the stronger babies I’ve seen! He was totally alert, happy and even smiled for me! He is the sweetest little thing. His big brother was absolutely thrilled! Can you blame him?

Benson – Brand New | Charleston Fresh 48 Hospital Newborn Photographer

Hello… my name is Benson. Now you remember these beautiful parents from their beach maternity session right? Well, he was a bit early, but August is the month for my clients having all their babies! I am thrilled because two of my own babies were due in August. Good people are born in August. Benson was no exception. He was so calm, beautiful and absolutely perfect. This baby even smiled at me during the session. We are best friends already! I’m the lucky one. Welcome to my new friend Benson and congratulations to his parents. They did so well!
